18 Tai Seng is a modern mixed development that houses a variety of office, industrial and retail units that will be directly accessible to the Tai Seng MRT Station (CC11). They are 21 F&B establishments with some familiar names like Harry’s Bar and Fun Toast, as well as 3 Michelin-starred restaurants, namely, Liao Fan Hawker Chan, Tim Ho Wan and Japanese Soba Noodles Tsuta. It’s getting quite interesting at Tai Seng.

 

Liao Fan Hawker Chan (#01-02)

Singapore Michelin StarThe famous one Michelin star Hong Kong Soya Sauce Chicken Rice & Noodle located at level 2 Chinatown Food Complex is now at 18 Tai Seng too. The world’s cheapest Michelin-starred meal in the world is not as cheap here as compared to the hawker stall at Chinatown, but you will be dining in air-conditioned setting, the queuing time here is comparatively shorter and you will still get your Michelin-starred Soya Sauce chicken under S$5. Furthermore, you can occasionally spot Hawker Chan hard at work in this outlet!

This is their eight outlet in Singapore and it doesn’t look like they’re going to stop expanding since opening at Plaza Singapura in 2013. Japanese Ramen RestaurantTsuta began receiving awards from 2013 became the World’s First Michelin-starred Ramen in 2015. Founder-Cher Yuki Onishi’s signature dishes are Shio Ramen and Shoyu Ramen, complemented with truffle oil. It’s a refined bowl of ramen, different from the heavier fare that we usually get.
