Local ramen joint, found within the cozy premise of Geisha Specialty Coffee cafe, specializing in wallet-friendly dry ramen. 300 Boru’s signature Mazemen Kuro ($6.90) comes topped with special aburi chashu, charred cabbage, roasted seaweed, scallions, and onsen egg with a sweet-savoury black tossing sauce, while the Mazemen Shiro ($7.90) is assembled with bacon chip, bonito flakes, charred cabbage and onsen egg, in cheese sauce.

Apart from dry ramen, 300 Boru also offers Chashu Don ($6.90) and Poke Donburi ($9.90), as well as a selection of small bites like the Poke Loop ($3.90), which is a poke bowl (or sushi) shaped like a donut made of sushi rice, covered in slices of pickled cabbage, raddish, cucumber, avocado, sesame seeds and salmon/unagi. If you’re there for desserts and coffee, go for the extra thick, fluffy Japanese Pancake ($3.90) or the bamboo charcoal powder and buttermilk Black Waffle ($3.90) to go with a cup of specialty coffee from Geisha.
