The all day lunch and dinner menu which draws influence and flavours from around the world offers a range of small and large plates design for sharing, with a strong focus on seasonal ingredients. 63Paragon’s food menu is more concise than 63CELCIUS, with a range dedicated to premium beef cuts prepared with the famous Josper charcoal grill as well as a Brunch menu from 9am to 4pm daily. Selections include Barbecue Shortribs, Toriyama Japanese Striploin, Spanish Duroc Pork Chop, Wagyu Bolognese pasta, Tuna Tartare, Josper Grilled Vegetables and a variety of flat bread for sides.
