Ah Bong’s Italian cook comfort Italian food in a casual setting in the eclectic Tan Quee Lan area. The menu is deliberately kept small so that they can provide quality authentic food at affordable prices. Ah Bong’s Italian is found by Chris Ng. Chris’s style of cooking is a reflection of his East and West experiences. After spending his formative years in Singapore, he lived in the UK and ate his way across Europe. He holds a degree from the LSE and has also completed a Diploma in Culinary Arts from At-Sunrice. Additionally he has staged at St John Restaurant in London and has also trained under Bruno Menard, a three-Michelin star chef.
