Try Ah Hua’s famous Charcoal Grilled Seabass ($19), an entire fresh seabass grilled sweet and smokey, served with signature sambal, handmade diced pickled mustard green and chinchalok (a tangy, piquant fermented small shrimp condiment).

Go with a large group and try the range of Kelong Specials consisting of the Charcoal Grilled Seabass and one kilogram ($45 to $59) of assorted grilled (or steamed) seafood from the variety of green mussels, prawns, scallops as well as an extra large selection of clams and cockles. The largest option ($89) is a whopping three kilograms and it comes with everything you can find at Ah Hua, except flower crabs, sotong and catch of the day.
