Smart-casual seafood restaurant with a laidback seafront atmosphere and a menu that revolves around seasonality and freshness coupled with simple cooking methods. Previously Privé Keppel Bay, you can expect a variety of seasonal whole fish, Maine lobsters, fresh oysters and daily specials from Bayswater Kitchen’s open kitchen, raw seafood bar and live fish tanks with, with highlights including the Fisherman’s Feast ($60 for two) that overflows with lobster, prawns, mussels, seasonal fish on hand-rolled linguine cooked with seafood stock & tomato, as well as the Whole Grilled “Live” Lobster ($75 to $130) prepared with seaweed butter, Sriracha aioli & herb emulsion.

Beyond seafood, Bayswater Kitchen’s small but focus menu also features Beef Short Rib Agnolotti ($20) with leek, Parmesan cheese & smoked bone marrow; Whole Spatchcock Free-Roaming Chicken ($35) from Malaysia’s Toh Thy San Farm; next to grill vegetables the likes of Butter Roasted Cauliflower with Parmesan cheese & hazelnut pesto ($15), Charred Broccoli Stem & Florets in red pepper dressing & toasted almonds ($13), and snacks such as Whipped Cod’s Roe ($9) with crisp flatbread. The latter is also featured in Bayswater Kitchen’s 2 to 4 course set lunch menu that starts from $28++.
