Contemporary bistro with a casual, playful vibe and some really innovative dishes, brought to you by Unlisted Collection and the good people, Chef JP (@chefjpf) and Sally Humble of the now-defunct Thirteen Duxton Hill (also formerly known as Thirteen Hectares of Nutmeg). Opening until November 2017, the weekly menu at Bistro November is largely ‘market-driven’ and based on what Chef JP and his team sources at the Chinatown wet markets, however you might be able to expect a number of prominent ingredients featured in the dishes guided by Chef JP’s innovation and no-waste philosophy, like “baby corn”, prawn head butter as well as numerous creative applications of barley.
