Black Cow is the first in Singapore to offer authentic Kanto-style Sukiyaki, alongside Shabu Shabu and Matsysaka A5 Wagu beef. With freshness and quality on the forefront of their philosophy, nothing less than A3 marbled Japanese Wagyu beef is served at the resraurant, and if that’s not your thing, try their rich Kurobuta (Black Pork) or Alaskan King Crab. Black Cow’s Sake Bar also features a curated selection of Sake, include the famous Jyujondai, as well as other wines, whiskies and champagne.
