With six different broths to choose from, together with a selection of fresh live seafood dishes and premium meat, including black Angus beef from Australia, US A1 Wagyu, black pork ($22), mud crabs ($58 each) and even Maine lobster, while the range of broths includes Sichuan Spicy Hot Pot, collagen Beauty Pot, Drunken Hot Pot and Sour Cabbage Hot Pot, all served in beautiful cloisonne bronze pots, filled with bright, colorful, intricate floral motifs. A combination pot of two different broths is available too.

Besides hotpot, Black Knight also offers a selection of Chinese braised dishes, side dishes, rice and noodle dishes like the signature Taiwanese Braised Beef Noodle ($18), Mongolian Short Ribs Rice, and Crispy Drumstick Rice.
