OPENING SOON: An Unlisted Collection partnership with Australian chef Clayton Wells, chef and owner of the acclaimed Automata restaurant in Sydney, Australia. Set in a two-storey, 50-seater shophouse along Amoy Street, Black Wattle will be offering contemporary Australian cuisine that’s characterized by Chef Clayton Wells’ unique bold flavours with an uncomplicated style, through a five-course tasting menu in addition to a selection of la carte dishes, while featuring Australia seafood and a mix of Singaporean influences.

The restaurant and bar’s main dining area will be on the first floor, and the second floor will be serving bar snacks, cocktails as well as lunch and dinner options.
