From the four different menus at Butcher Boy, the main categories are small plates, Asian sandwiches, grilled meat main courses for sharing (which also falls under “Butcher Boy” during dinner) with your choice of pairing sauces, as well as snacks and side dishes, followed by a selection of desserts, sake and Asian-inspired cocktails, including the Smoking Carriage ($22) which features the Dictador 20 year old rum.

Some menu highlights include the dry-aged John Stone Irish Rib Eye paired with XO sauce ($33), Iberico Pork Belly paired with Sambal sauce ($32), Butcher Boy Bacon & Cheese Burger ($28), and Peanut Butter Ice Cream & Plum Jelly Sandwich ($10) dessert.
