Lebanese restaurant offering authentic Lebanese cuisine and traditional home-cooked Lebanese meals made with imported Lebanese ingredients and spices. The first half of Byblos’ menu comprises of Chef Mohamad Salim’s signature range of cold and hot mezza dishes, like the Middle Eastern favourite Warak Inab or stuffed grape vine leaves with parsley, tomato, rice, Arabic herbs & fresh lemon ($11.90), the Moutabbal, a creamy appetizer made of charcoal grilled eggplant served with fresh pita bread ($9.90), or Lebanon’s most popular vegetarian dish, Falafel, which are fried fritters made from a mix of chickpeas, Lebanese spices, coriander, served with Tahini sauce, tomatoes & pickles ($12.50).

While the other sections of the menu is made up of a selection of Halloumi Cheese wrap ($15.90) and Chicken Shawarma roll ($14.50), salad and Lebanese stews, the highlight at Byblos are the hearty array of smoky Lebanese charcoal grilled meat and seafood, including the roasted Lamb Mandi in saffron and Arabic spice ($27.50), Chicken Kabsa served with long grain rice ($23.50), and the whole deep-fried fish Samak Makli served with Tahini ($28.50). To get the best of everything, go for the Mezza Platter ($27.50), and/or the Mixed Grill Platter ($38.90 for 2, $75.90 for 4).
