One Michelin Star (2017) modern Australian restaurant in CBD.

The food: Contemporary Australian cuisine by Chef Rishi Naleendra (@rishinaleendra), creatively reinterpreting cuisines and producing fresh lively flavours by melding hints and touches of various cultures from around the world, to go with a selection of organic, biodynamic wines. Standout dishes from the value-for-money lunch and dinner course menu include Salted Baked Beetroot with Goat’s Cheese, Pickled Raisins, & Horseradish, Stockyard Angus Steak with Triple Cooked Chips & Café de Paris sauce, dessert Coconut with Laksa Leaf Ice Cream, Pomelo & Green Chilli, as well as the crowd-favourite Barramundi with Fermented Carrot Broth, Purslane & White Dandelion.

The space: Classy shophouse unit dressed in earth tones and wood furnishing, casual and relaxed, featuring an open concept kitchen with bar seats and chandelier centerpiece.

The buzz: Awarded One Michelin Star in 2017 Michelin Guide Singapore. The name of this restaurant by Unlisted Collection, means ‘side-by-side’, a meaningful throwback for Chef Rishi to be able to work alongside his wife, Manuela Toniolo, Cheek by Jowl’s manager.
