1 Michelin-star (2017) Cantonese restaurant helmed by Chef Ang Song Kang himself, serving up inspired but homey, traditional Cantonese dishes. Chef Kang’s restaurant is set in a simply furnished 40-seater shophouse space, with a series of signature dishes such as double-boiled soups, steamed fish, as well as braised homemade tofu, steamed crab with glutinous rice, Char Siew and even the KL-style Hokkien noodles otherwise known as “Tai Lok Meen”.
