The food: The cuisine, with Chef Timothy de Souza at the helm, is characterized by clean, bold flavours with a contemporary touch, found in the series of small plates, starters, salads, sides, sandwiches, soft serve and sweet treats across the seasonal lunch and dinner menus which include the Grilled Squid with watermelon, romesco, coriander, & olive ($18), Masala Prawn salad with mango, cucumber, coconut, red chilli dressing ($24), Snapper Ceviche with aji amarillo, corn & romaine lettuce ($22); as well as the more substantial meat and seafood dishes such as Ocean Trout with smoked eggplant, cauliflower, pomegranate, quinoa ($34), Tandoor Chicken ($28), and Beef Wellington with foie gras, truffle & spinach puree ($48). You will also find selection of classic and fruity sweet treats for $12, like Mango Carpaccio sorbet with vanilla bean & kaffir lime, and Cheese Cake with strawberry glaze, berries & oat crumbs.
The space: Simple, elegant decor with high ceiling, indoor hanging plants and plenty of natural light pouring through the large windows into the airy, spacious white-on-green 3368 sq ft interior punctuated with a spot of whimsical accent.
