Popular cafe might be hidden in plain sight if you’re not paying attention or if you don’t know what you’re looking for, but it’s easily a favourite haunt among the young crowd hanging out in that area. The spacious, airy chic-industrial cafe is bathed in natural light coming through the ceiling, decorated with a handful of plants and large mirrors, dressed in muted pastel tones and light wooden furnishing, filled with a touch with warm lights.

Opened by the folks behind Strangers’ Reunion, and home to the 2015 World Siphon Coffee Champion and 3-time Singapore National Barista & Latte Art Champion, Curious Palette’s main goal is to make the best coffee possible. Food-wise, a range of all-day breakfast/brunch is served together with western comfort food that features a number of fried items such as the Magic Mushrooms, Croque Madamme and Spam Fries. But the dishes that you will see at almost every table are the hotcakes and waffles.
