Italian restaurant and bar specializing in mozzarella cheese, to be exact, its namesake cheese – the Mozzarella di Bufala D.O.P, where all mozzarella comes with its own denomination certificate. This unique mozzarella comes from the Campania Region in Italy, which is also the birthplace of D.O.P’s owner Luca Iannone. Naturally, most dishes here featured the distinctive rare cheese, from the appetizers and salads to the pastas and pizzas, but perhaps it’s the “Make Your Own” antipasto that’s the highlight of the menu. In the mozzarella’s selection, you get to pick one out of the six that includes Smoked Burratina, Hand-made Burratina, Twisted Buffalo Cheese and Truffled Burrata.
