Cozy Italian restaurant helmed by Chef Luca Pucciani himself, serving up an authentic collection of fresh, comforting Italian food. Da Luca’s menu centers around traditional Tuscan fare and classic Italian cuisine, with a couple of modern touches, from a mix of antipasti and homemade pasta to main courses and desserts.
Signature dishes include the hearty Lasagne Alla Bolognese ($23), Trippe Alla Fiorentina ($20), which is a stewed beef tripe in light tomato sauce & Parmesan cheese rarely offered in Singapore, the homely Pappardella Sull’ Anatra ($30), featuring homemade broad pasta with confit of French duck leg in a tomato sauce infused with red wine, as well as the well-loved Singature Cold Capellini ($88) from the “secret menu”, which sees chilled angel hair pasta tossed in truffle emulsion and topped raw (or lightly seared if you wish) Hokkaido scallops and fresh sea urchin. There’s the option to add on Ossetra caviar (+$24) or freshly shaved Italian black truffles (+$27) to make it an ultimate indulgent plate of pasta.
Some other selections from Da Luca’s secret menu are starter Pan-seared Spanish Galician Octopus ($40), served with squid ink puree & Sicilian tomato coulis, Slow-cooked Japanese Eggs with Creamy Burrata Cheese ($58), topped with freshly shaved Italian black truffles, and the luxurious A4 Wagyu Miyazaki Striploin Steak ($48/100 gram), served with Hokkaido corn, sauteed mushrooms & rosemary potatoes.
