Serving from a menu that covers six categories where almost everything is under $5, some of Dim Sum Haus’ signature items are the classic Har Gau (steamed shrimp dumpling, $4.20 for three), and the buttery-crusted Baked Salted Egg Custard Bun ($4.80 for three) and the Steamed Crispy Rice Roll with Shrimp ($4.20), an update on the usual chee cheong fun that sees deep-fried shrimps wrapped in smooth rice rolls, served in light soy sauce.
