A specialty food kiosk and the joint retail space of Soi Coco and Fish Sh-nack, known for their coconut products and fried fish skin respectively. DOCO, which stands for “Donburi Coconut”, currently offers two specialty donburi rice bowls next to vegan-friendly and dairy-free Coconut Shake ($4.90) and Coconut Soft Serve ($4.90).
Each donburi comes in a choice of protein – the grilled beef in Sh-nack Don ($8.90) or honey miso chicken in Sh-ken Don ($8.90), served with an onsen egg over warm Japanese rice. What sets DOCO’s donburi apart is the delightful crispy pieces of seasoned fried “fish sh-prinkles” topped over donburi; while the Coconut Shake is Soi Coco’s signature product made purely from blended Thai coconut water and coconut flesh, while the latter is the soft serve version of their coconut shake that drizzled with organic gula melaka sauce. You can get both donburi and one of the coconut treat at just $13.90.
