Local bakery specializing in European artisan breads, pastries and cakes. Each and every of their authentic handmade loaves come with sturdy crusts and tender crumbs, imbued with the flavours of natural fermentation using levain, an aged sourdough starter, instead of yeast. Breads made from natural sourdough starter have a distinctive aroma and subtle sour tinge at the end of the palate.

In addition, their pastries (viennoiseries) are hand rolled on a daily basis, using only the French sheet butter which has a higher butter content – resulting in a certain flakiness and texture. There are no preservatives, unnatural ingredients, or artificial food colorings used in their products.
