A dining concept that is a creative food project with a mission to promote clean eating (MSG & pesticide-free food) through an array of local dishes curated by ETL’s very own nutritionist and Chinese herbalist. The ETL cafeteria, set in a quaint space featuring adorable artwork by Japanese artist Akinori Oishi (@akinori_oishi), servers up a selection of healthy and nutritious dishes such as Niang Dou Foo ($12.80) and Laksa noodles, as well as a series of herbal soups named after seasons like summer, autumn, winter, and more.
