Update: Garang Grill has extended their stay at Slake until the end of September 2017!

A pop-up grill concept by New Ubin Seafood, through a collaboration between Slake and Chef Jeremy Cheok. Equipped with a $16,000 traditional Spanish Mibrasa charcoal grill oven, you can expect the range of grilled meat and seafood at Garang Grill to come with bold charcoal flavours, alongside a menu featuring starters, sides and desserts with a Modern Singaporean twist, including Foie Gras Satay with pomegranate molasses, Crispy Pork Jowl with Tonkatsu sauce, Hae Bee Hiam Asian Root Vegetables and dessert Mao Sha Wang Creme Brulee.

Don’t miss out on the selection of carbo, like New Ubin’s signature Garang Rice to go with your grilled meat, or you could just go for the Red Platter which feeds 4 to 6 people, consisting of your choice of prime rib eye/short ribs, lamb cutlets, BBQ pork collar and Garang Rice.
