French bistro and wine bar by Chef Justin Quek, serving rustic, regional French dishes with Chef Justin’s signatures. Grignoter is Southeast Asia’s first and the fourth city in the world – after New York, Shanghai and Fukuoka – to have a wine bar endorsed by Bordeaux Wine Council, but beyond prized wines from Bordeaux, the casual space is also designed for wine aficionados and gourmets to discover a treasure trove of affordable wines ranging from emerging labels to rare Grand Crus and Crus Artisans.

Grignoter’s menu consist of a selection of bar bites and snacks that are inspired by French bistro classics, such as starter French Duck Foie Gras Confit served on Melba Toast ($15), fluffy Scrambled Eggs, Oscietra Caviar & Champagne Butter ($19), and Parmentier En Cocotte ($18) of sauteed mushrooms, house cured gizzards, sauteed French duck foie gras, poached egg and potato, followed by a series of Asian favourites that includes the braised pork bun-inspired tender “Lu Shui” Iberico Pork Belly in mantou ($16). Alongside these are Chef Justin Quek’s specialties, like the cheesy, toasty “Madam Langlet” Croque Monsieur ($17) recreated from a former French chef’s family recipe, and the flourless, yet fluffy Chocolate & Mints Souffle ($18) to end your meal with.
