A cosy 24-seater modern Zi Char restaurant specializing in unique Singapore-style crab dishes, helmed by Chef Elton Seah with over 7 years of private dining experience. Holycrab carries a compact menu that features one started and three rice/noodle dishes, include the popular Hokkien Mee and Succumb Clam Bee Hoon Noodle; as well as fresh crabs that are prepared in an assortment signature methods such as the Orgasmic (salted egg yolk & curry leaf cream sauce), Succumb (braised crabs in rich crab broth & charred vermicelli) and Devil’s crab (crabs in butter sauce & curry leaf). You also get to choose from 5 levels of heat/spiciness for your crab dishes, accompanied with fried Mantou.
