The food: Kakigori, a type of fluffy Japanese shaved ice dessert, is served from this minimalist dessert concept stall. The signature series of kakigori ($6.90) features Kori King’s in-house Hokkaido milk sauce, together with a variety of flavours such as mango, strawberry, matcha, black sesame and even gula melaka, along with toppings ($1) like mochi balls, azuki beans, tapioca pearls and fruits.
