L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, a 2 Michelin Stars restaurant and two-time winner in the Best Dining Experience category at the Singapore Experience Awards (2012 and 2013), is a unique dining concept where you’re immersed in an interactive dining space where chefs experiment and create, working on new ideas and fusing different concepts reflective of the locale.

Drawing inspiration from the simplicity of Japanese cuisine and the vibrant atmosphere in Spanish tapas bars, the Atelier, meaning “workshop”, was born. This presentation immerses guests in a dining experience where guests are part of the action, separated merely by a counter between kitchen and main dining area where diners can witness the chefs create, prepare and cook innovative dishes right before them and in return, the chefs have the pleasure of watching guests enjoy their meal. The atmosphere is of conviviality that lets its guests relax and enjoy a great meal composed by the executive Chef Lorenz Hoja and his team.
