A multi-concept restaurant by the late Claude Nobs, founder of Montreux Jazz Festival, offering upscale dining and live-music performances, where characteristic dishes are crafted based on those inimitable Montreux moments and are inspired by founder Claude Nobs’ background in gastronomy. Montreux Jazz Cafe serves mainly European fare, where appetizers are called the “Opening Act”, main courses are the “Main Act” and desserts are the “Final Jam”. The bar offers a wide range of drinks, from signature cocktails like Sinnerman, named after Nina Simone’s famous song, to classic cocktails like Apple Martini.
