A 20-seater Japanese grilled meat (Yakiniku) restaurant originating from Ebisu, Tokyo, offering unadulterated flavours of lean Japanese beef by cooking over crystal, where Owner & Meat Sommerlier Tsuyoshi Katsumata invokes the exploration of Wagyu beef outside of just highly-marbled meat; while the usage of crystal’s low flame cooking allows the Waygu to retain its tenderness without drying the meat, increasing the intensity of its natural flavours.

Niku Katsumata offers value-for-money set meals as well as a choice of 2 dinner course menus – the Katsumata course and Ebisu course, the latter includes an additional Wagyu Sukiyaki served with truffle. Instead of red wine, an extensive selection of Japanese sake is recommended to go with your Wagyu.
