Set in a New York style décor with a casual atmosphere, expect a line-up of lobster dishes that includes crowd-favourite The Lobster Roll ($58), the luxurious upgrade in the The Truffle Roll ($68) of shaved truffle and truffle caviar served with chef’s salad, straight-cut fries & truffle butter sauce, as well as Pince & Pints’ twist on the local-favourite in Chilli Lobster ($58) served in homemade tomato & chilli sauce, with side of fried mantou.

Elsewhere on the two-page menu, there’s the French classic Lobster Thermidor ($68), Live Whole Lobster ($58) that can be either grilled or steamed, as well as a bar menu that comprises of small bites like Fried Calamari with Szechuan spiced batter & tartar sauce ($12), Lobster Mac & Cheese ($29), Lobster Chowder ($38), and the Mixed Platter ($32) of crispy fish skin, fried calamari, garlic butter mussels, fries, char-grilled bread & tartar sauce.

October 2017 Update: Pince & Pints’ new outlet at Katong features two new dishes, the Lobster Burger and Lobster Noodles ($58).
