The food: Bar bites that’s more than just the regular chicken wings and french fries, Propeller Bar dishes up a series of small plates such as Blue Mussels in Thai sauce served with garlic bread ($12.90), Crabmeat Creole ($12.90), Garlic Mushroom Arancini ($6.90), Seared Beef Cubes with Truffle Mayonnaise ($9.90), Smoked Duck on Crisp Potato Skin ($7.50) and even a Cheese Platter ($14) to go with wine from Propeller’s extensive wine cellar.

Bay Hotel also features an edible garden that produces some of the drink garnishes for Propeller’s specialty cocktails, such as the gin-based Date with Hendrix ($14.90), and the signature Propeller Bay ($19), a fruity vodka-based concoction which features lime espuma and thyme.

The space: Situated on the rooftop of Bay Hotel with a panoramic view of Keppel Harbour and Sentosa, where you can spot the occasional fireworks across at Sentosa Broadwalk.
