A French-Japanese ramen bar by Chef-Owner Andrew Ng (@xndrew76) serving contemporary Japanese ramen influenced by French culinary techniques and flavours. Originally serving with just three types of Ramen base (Blance/Rouge/Noir) topped with pork belly Cha Shu and Ajitsuke Tamago, Ramen Atelier has introduced new dishes such as the vegetarian Ramen Vert, Duck Confit Mazemen and Escargot Kara-age, after relocating to their new outlet.
