A modern Singaporean bistro by DP Architects and GRUB, serving creative interpretations of modern western dishes with a spotlight on local ingredients and familiar flavours. Redpan’s repertoire of western-meets-local food menu includes the Prawn & ‘Hae Bi Hiam’ Pasta ($19) which sees tagliatelle pasta tossed with a house-made spicy pasta and served with sautéed prawns, ‘Bak Chor’ Foie Gras Pasta ($19) tossed in stewed minced pork and topped with seared pork belly and foie gras, the spicy Steak & ‘Chinchalok’ ($24) of 220 grams grilled ribeye steak with house-made spicy chincalok, as well as Durian Baked Alaska ($9) and the deconstructed Banana Donuts Milo Dinosaur ($9) dessert.

If you’re in a group, try the variety of local fusion sharing dishes in Char Siew Chili Fries ($8) with house-made char siew ragout, sour cream & jalapeño salsa, Salted Egg Prawn Taco ($16 for two) comprising fried prawns with salted egg sauce topped with tobiko in soft tacos, the huge ‘Lup Cheong’ Iberico Chorizo Paella ($28), and wash it down with the refreshing fizzy Roselle Sour Plum Soda ($6) or the Sour Plum Shandy ($14) concocted from a mix of wheat beer and sour plum extract.
