Restaurant Labyrinth is an avant-garde restaurant and an culinary lab encapsulating not just the senses but also the culture of society in their never-ending quest for culinary perfection through innovation. Helmed by Chef-Owner Han Liguang (@han_lg), the focus is placed on presenting “familiar flavours with a twist” in an affordable fine-dining setting and to reconstruct and create dishes that arouse the 5 basic taste sensations: Sweet, Sour, Salty, Bitter and Umami – using an array of creative culinary techniques from around the world, while preserving the original taste of  the dish.
