Modern bar & casual dining concept pairing adult slushies with ceviche – a type raw seafood dish in citrus juices, popular in Peru. Sluviche, a cross between the words ‘slushie’ and ‘ceviche’, currently offers two slushie options – Pisco Punch ($15) and Pisco Sour ($15), along with five types of ceviches, including tuna loin served with avocados, red onion, lime juice and sesame seeds, as well as the Buri of yellowtail fish with seaweed flakes, garlic, lime and chilli padi. All ceviches, ranging from $22 to $25, comes with two slices of sourdough, apart from other carbs like corn or potato and cilantro salad.
Besides alcoholic slushies, there’s also a good variety of agave, pisco, cocktails, wine and even sake; tipples that typically pairs well with fish and seafood.
