Sō Ramen’s signatures are the Grand ($12.90), a creamy tonkotsu (pork bone) broth ramen which comes with tender buta kakuni (braised pork belly), flavourful toroniku (braised pork cheek) and classic Japanese chashu, topped with black onion sauce. Or try the lighter Uobushi Tonkotsu ($9.90) ramen with a broth made from a blend of So’s signature tonkotsu broth and bonito, along with your choice of meat, while the noodle options used include the thick and chewy Futomen, or the thin and wavy Chijiramen.

Apart from ramen, Sō (創) also serves a variety of sides and rice dishes such as the crispy Yaki Gyoza ($2.40) and the Butariki Ishinabe stone-pot rice, topped with pan-fried barbecued pork, seaweed, raw egg, featuring rice made using premium Koshihikari rice cultivated and grown in Niigata, Japan.
