Sum Yi Tai’s 3 bars consist of the Tapas Bar on the ground floor, offering tapas-style dishes with cocktails in a crimson-lit interior set to retro Canto-pop music; the Mona Lounge on the second floor, an intimate mahjong room & chill out lounge set in a plush environment with dim lighting; and the Rooftop Bar, a rare private sanctuary in the midst of CBD, decked in decorative jade-coloured screens and rattan.
