An intimate New Middle Eastern supper club hidden behind the velvet curtains of Fat Prince offering progressive Middle Eastern cuisine complete with classic service and cocktails shaken table-side. Formerly The Ottoman Room, the revamped Ottomani preserves the iconic oil lanterns and regal furniture, while the mezze trolley is now a cocktail trolley concocting inventive cocktails to compliment the cuisine.

The Ottomani’s compact but seasonal menu starts off with complimentary fresh house-baked Ottomani walnut Bread with Chef Nic Phillips’ signature smoked date butter, before diving into a selection of dishes that feature a combination of sustainable local produce with distinct ingredients and spices from far off regions of Middle East and North Africa.

With a focus on charcoal grill and wood-fired earth pit, expect creations such as the grilled Cabbage Sprouts with sweet potato dumplings, leek kashk & macadamia; the highly interesting pit-roasted Sticky Pork glazed with Turkish coffee, palm sugar & Szechuan pepper; Lamb Shoulder with spiced molasses & lemony Sumac Gremolata; supported by a variety that includes Adana grain-fed Beef Tartare ‘Kebab’ with caviar, cured Salmon Pastirma with Nashi pear pine nut & olive Labneh, Overnight Pumpkin with black garlic, cashew nuts & cardamon, and Hokkaido Scallops with sea urchin, smoky Isot pepper & spicy Acuka.
