Thrive’s repertoire starts with their take on hawker classic in the Healthy Hokkien Mee ($13.90), that features wholemeal pasta and brown rice vermicelli in house-made prawn broth, the kids-friendly Cheese Chicken & Mushroom Spaghetti ($16.90), the signature French Roast Half Chicken ($19.90) served in house-made teriyaki sauce, as well as the crowd-favourite Nonya-inspired spicy Assam Bowl ($17.90) comprising of haddock fish simmered in house-made assam broth and organic tomatoes, served with kale salad, sous-vide egg, edamame and nori, on organic Japanese brown rice.
From all-day brunch menu section, look out for the interesting Chilli Crab Scramble on Toast ($12.90), consisting of creamy chilli “crabslaw” in dairy-free scrambled eggs, cherry tomatoes, alfalfa sprouts and crispy shallots, served on multigrain toast with house-made chimichurri spread, or settle for the brunch classic brioche French Toast ($13.90), served with coconut-sugared-caramelized banana slices, vanilla sauce, berry compote, figs and cranberries, topped with lemon crumble and pure honey on the side.
For guilt-free sweet treats, check out the remarkably fudgy Flour-less Valrhona Chocolate Torte ($6.90) baked with organic coconut sugar and honey, and topped with vanilla bean sauce and almonds. Opt for the vegan ice cream add-on ($3.50) that’s supplied by Apiary, available in flavours such as Ferrero Rocher or Banana with toasted Walnut. Or go for the gluten-free Coco Madness ($8.90) that features the house-baked Coconut Almond Cake ($6.90) served with house-made ingredients vegan whipped coconut Valrhona chocolate cream and vegan maple coconut mousse.
