Start with Trattoria Amanda’s classic antipasti Sauteed Vongole in White Wine Sauce ($24) or the hearty Eggplant Parmigiana with Buffalo Mozzarella ($26) before zeroing on one of the 14 pizzas on the menu, ranging from the the Classic Margherita ($19) and Napoletana, to the rich Quattroformaggi ($26) or the Neapolitan-style Calzoni Napoli ($26) filled with mozzarella, salami and fresh mushrooms.
Pasta-wise, try the traditional Napoli pasta with sea bass, black olives, anchovies & capers in Paccheri di Gragnano al Branzino ($34), the Casereccia Ravioli all Aragosta ($42) of homemade lobster filled ravioli with tomato base, or the indulgent Spaghetti all Aragosta di Pomodoro ($42 for one, $78 for two). Elsewhere, there’s risotto, soup of the day, meat of the day, fish of the day and desserts. During lunch, Trattoria Amanda offers an 3 course set lunch menu at $28++, while Aperitivo of pre-dinner drinks and daily canapés starts from 5pm to 8pm.
