Contemporary European-Japanese seafood concept combining sparkling wines and seafood done A La Plancha style on a hot grill as well as freshly shucked oysters and seafood platters – not very different from a New England seafood shack. Found in an integrated Japanese Emporium, UMI + Vino currently (as of April 2017) runs an affordable set lunch promotion menu for $26++. They were also featured in the 2016 Michelin Guide Singapore.
