Innovative fine dining by Chef-Owner Willin Low, specialising in Modern Singapore cuisine that offers his innovative and modern take on traditional Singapore dishes. Wild Rocket is modelled after a traditional Japanese chashitsu or teahouse complete with a rock garden path flanked by textured paper, a long concrete counter for omakase patrons, and an amazing wooden carapace made up of 15,000 meranti batons which is not only an art installation but acts also as a sunshade.

Wild Rocket claimed the 38 spot in 2017’s 50 Best Asian Restaurant, while Willin Low is named by the New York Times as one of three chefs in Singapore who were “reinventing the city’s traditional food culture”. Some of his creations include Asian beef bolognaise bee tai bak rice pasta with chilli padi flakes, slow braised veal cheek in Chinese miso garlic & polenta cake, coconut ice cream & a pandan-infused panna cotta, together with his favourite childhood peanut candy in a caramel parfait with salted peanut butter sauce, which have won him and the restaurant many new fans.
