Their burger patties has a 30-70 fat content ratio, char-grilled at 500 degrees celcius using Japanese Binchotan charcoal. Featuring the Rangers Valley Black Onyx 100% pure Black Angus Range MBS3+ for their specialty burgers and the Balckmore 100% Fullblood Wagyu for their signature burger. A selection of light bites and all-day breakfast is served too, such as the Crunchy Brioche French Toast.
