Consider the chewy, homemade Tagliatelle egg pasta in a robust Marinara red sauce topped with pan-grilled Italian Pork Sausage ($12.80), the simple classic Egg & Prosciutto ($10.80) in a creamy egg sauce, or the delicate Squid Ink specialty angel hair pasta (+$1) with crispy Calamari Frito ($14.80) in lemon butter sauce white sauce.
