The Belljar specialises in pairing food with whiskies through a series of whiskey pairing sessions, whiskey appreciation classes and even a 3-course whisky pairing menu, with over hundreds of different whiskies and spirits on offer. But there’s no menu at the whiskey lounge, instead recommendations are made based on your flavour preferences.
From the kitchen, you can expect creative renditions of popular cuisine over lunch and dinner, in a concise menu consisting of Asian-western fusion small and big plates, such as Gochujang Pasta, Roasted Duck Breast, Miso Tobiko Pasta, and the well-received Har Cheong Siew Yoke, all with recommended whiskey pairings.
