The Bird’s classic Southern cooking menu includes the famous 100-year-old recipe Lewellyn’s Fine Fried Chicken, Shrimp ‘N’ Grits, Fried Green Tomato BLT, and Mama’s Crispy Chicken Biscuit., as well as a Singapore-inspired creation – the Low Country Laksa, a red snapper fish dish with Carolina gold rice pirlau & caramelized ginger coconut broth.
