If you want to try everything The Dark Gallery has to offer, go for signature creations include the Single Origin Dark Chocolate Ice Cream platter ($12), featuring three different single origin dark chocolate ice cream starting with the light & fruity 64% Madagascan and ending with the intense & floral 72% Venezuelan; or the Single Origin Chocolate Pastries Platter ($12) consists of two Madagascan chocolate macarons, an Ecuador dark chocolate ganache tart, a Venezuelan dark chocolate mouse with caramelized bananas and brownie chunks, and a homemade S’more made of Dominican Republic dark chocolate. The latter is also featured in the Frozen S’mores ($7.50), made of dark chocolate ice cream coated with Graham cracker crumbs & home-made toasted marshmallow.
One of the most popular dessert is The Chocolate Rhapsody ($18), consisting of their signature dark, milk and white chocolate ice cream on a bed of chocolate soil, decorated with chocolate meringue, tuile and mousse.
