Hawker stall originally from Tiong Bahru Market, with a history spanning back to 1960s. Tiong Bahru Lor Mee is known for their signature thick savoury braised sauce that’s laced with spices and topped with plenty of chopped garlic. Every bowl of noodles comes with ingredients such as slices of braised pork, braised egg, ngoh hiang, and for an extra dollar, you get fried fish. You can also choose the kind of noodles to into your Lor Mee, like round yellow noodles, flat yellow noodles, kueh teow and/or bee hoon. Consistently rated as one of the top Lor Mee in Singapore, so expect to get in line.
